Serenity Club of Clearwater, Inc. opened its doors over 50 years ago as a safe sober place to go. It was incorporated in 1993, to provide assistance, encouragement and reassurance to those seeking recovery, irrespective of race, color, creed, or gender; to promote the cause of temperance by every legitimate means; to render aid to such causes as, in the judgement of the Board of Trustees, tend to advance the public welfare, to acquire real and personal property to be used exclusively for the moral, mental, social and physical betterment of its members.

Sherry
Board Vice President
Sherry has been a member of Serenity Club since 2021 and living the recovery life for 16 years. She serves as a substance abuse counselor through a recovery program in the area. She also owns and operates a business consulting and compliance firm (S&S Enterprises) and a business consulting non-profit (BobMob), both based in Clearwater. She is a mother of five and resides in Clearwater with her youngest child, her partner, and her pups. She is a member of Serenity in Addiction Group of NA, CR, and completed her Bachelor in 2017 and MLS at UC College of Law in 2024.

I’ve been an active member of AA for 20 years.
I’m a Sales Manager for a Surge Manufacturer for 15+ years.
I’m happily married with 7 children and 11 grandchildren.

Jack has been a member of the Serenity Club of Clearwater and rejoins the Board as of the April 2024 semi-annual membership meeting.
Stephanie
Board Member
Stephanie has been a member of Serenity Club since 2023. Her home group is GOYA, (the 6pm AA meeting at Serenity Club), where she has been chairing meetings for over a year and holding the position of their Pinellas County Intergroup Representative. She volunteers her time to the club serving at events. She has worked in customer service for 25 years. Graduated Everest University for Medical Administration, in 2014. Lives in Clearwater, FL. Serenity Club Board member since 2024.
Nancy
Club Manager
Nancy has been involved with the Serenity Club since 1989 where she started her journey in recovery. She is currently retired from a 23 year career in restaurant management. She lives in Dunedin with her husband, two dogs and parrot.
